The bustling halls of IFA 2024 in Berlin were abuzz with excitement as Yaber unveiled its groundbreaking K3 Series projector, snagging an impressive 11 “Best of IFA 2024” and “Most Innovative” awards from major tech publications. As an IGN team, we had the opportunity to witness the spectacle firsthand during the IFA Press Day, where we met with the enthusiastic Yaber team.
A Cinematic Revolution
The Yaber K3 and K3 Pro projectors quickly became the talk of the show, drawing crowds with their stunning visual and audio capabilities. House Digest praised the K3’s innovative CoolSwift cooling technology, which employs a U-shaped heat sink and high-performance cooling chips to prevent overheating. This clever design ensures the projector can maintain peak performance even during extended viewing sessions.
Sound that Packs a Punch
What truly sets the K3 series apart is its exceptional audio quality. Yaber has partnered with audio giant JBL to integrate dual 15W stereo speakers that support Dolby Audio. The K3 Pro takes it a step further by including a subwoofer, addressing the common complaint of weak bass in projector audio systems.During our brief demo at the event, we were genuinely impressed by the sound quality. The combination of the projector and subwoofer delivered audio that far exceeded our expectations for a device of this kind. TechRadar even went as far as to call it “the coolest projector at IFA,” noting that it’s the only projector sound system they’ve encountered that doesn’t immediately beg for additional speakers.
T2 Series: Portable Powerhouse
While the K3 series stole the spotlight, Yaber also showcased its popular T2 and T2 Plus outdoor projectors. These compact yet stylish devices impressed visitors with their vibrant visuals and portability. The Keith Haring special edition T2 Plus, which blends cutting-edge technology with iconic pop art, was a particular crowd-pleaser.
The One That Got Away
Unfortunately, our team wasn’t able to snag a review sample of the T2 Projector, as we hadn’t pre-registered for the event. It was a bit of a disappointment, but the enthusiasm surrounding Yaber’s offerings was palpable nonetheless.

With its impressive showing at IFA 2024, Yaber has firmly established itself as a force to be reckoned with in the projector market. The K3 series, in particular, seems poised to redefine expectations for home cinema audio-visual experiences.
